Residential Habilitation Supported Living

Residential Habilitation Supported Living is individualized supports and assistance provided in an individual’s own home or apartment.  Bridges or Montana Direct Support Professionals help with daily living activities such as preparing meals, shopping, grooming and hygiene, household chores, medical appointments, bill paying, budgeting, leisure and recreation and community integration.

Residential Habilitation Supported Living services support an individual in their home or a community setting. Bridges’ staff can assist an individual a few hours a week working on person-centered goals and objectives. Other individuals may need supervision and support 24-hours each day.
